Teeth whitening typically takes an hour. No downtime is required. You’ll be able to resume the rest of your day immediately after leaving our clinic. However, you will be provided with instructions for avoiding food and drink for several hours following treatment to help ensure the best results possible.

Minor tooth sensitivity should resolve on its own within 24 to 48 hours. Being dehydrated prior to your appointment can increase the likelihood of experiencing tooth sensitivity following treatment.
