In order to best accommodate the needs of client’s varying schedules it is essential to maintain a policy that reduces no-shows as much as possible. Adhering to our policy creates a pleasant environment where our providers can focus on your needs.
We ask that you make changes to your appointment 48hrs in advance. 50% of your scheduled service cost, or $75.00, whichever is greater will be charged to your card on file for cancellations, no-shows or reschedules occurring less than 48 hours in advance. If you have pre-purchased services, your package/quantity will be reduced by the service quantity canceled, rescheduled or no-showed for. Thank you for your understanding of our company policies.
